We will be touring the Island of St Lucia and discover its unique culinary repertoire, The Island of St Lucia has culinary influences from the French, Spanish and the English. You will enjoy dishes such as Callaloo Soup, Curried Coconut Chicken, Green papaya au gratin and Banana Rum Cake

In St Lucia you will enjoy luxurious, exotic accommodations, at the Fond Doux estate villa located on a working organic cocoa plantation, boasting its own coca to chocolate operation. What better place to have a women chocolate indulgence. The Villa Fond Doux boast 10 creole gingerbread cottages scattered throughout the 133- acre property
