trip for retiring office manager

I was surfing looking for a pampering vacation for an retiring employee. Came across a location that offered along with the spa treatments etc speakers giving workshops on what to keep, throw away, some other topics but I don't know where it was. What I was thinking I give this person a luxury 3-4 days days with her daughter's somewhere they will be pampered, but have something to do such as listening to lectures, shopping within a short distance dress up resturants etc.
